VENUE AND LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

To assist the manager or supervisor to prepare the halls/venues according to the needs of clients.

 

Requirements:

·         Grade 12 certificate

·         2 years experience in cafeteria/conference/concert venue assistance

·         Proficiency in English

·         Good customer relations

·         Abilities required

o    To work under pressure

o    To work in a team, as well as independently

o    To work accurately

o    Physically strong and healthy

 

Recommendation:

·         Knowledge of OHS and compliance with relevant regulations

 

Duties:

 

This position will be filled to give effect to the employment equity plan of the Department of University Estates.

 

Assumption of duty      : As soon as possible.

Salary                          : Remuneration is commensurate with the seniority of the position
