ASSISTANT MANAGER: LITHO

Purpose:

 

The incumbent of this post is responsible for assisting in the management/supervision of all activities within the Litho Print section. The duties attached to this position mainly involve the organization of work, human resources, training, direct assistance to ensure maximum production output.

 

 

Requirements:

 

·         1 year Management Diploma or equivalent

·         5 years post apprenticeship with 3 years’ managerial/supervisory experience

·         Broad based knowledge of all aspects of a well-equipped printing works with regard to machine equipment and the quality of ink and paper

·         Skills, abilities and aptitudes required
