The purpose of the position is to coordinate Human Resources in Colleges,
with emphasis on the effective and consistent implementation of all HR
policies, procedures, practices, conditions of service and other legislative
guidelines in order to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements:

Computer
literacy (MS Office Suite)

Working
knowledge of a Human Resource Management Information System (e.g Oracle)

to meeting expectations and requirements of the internal customer

to interpret HR policies, practices and procedures
Recommendations:
Duties
§ Maintain personnel files
§ Handle correspondence and all HR related enquiries from staff
§ Compile memos, letters and appointment contracts
§ Monitor leave records and compile relevant reports
§ Provide general first-line HR advice
